A couple of Michigan natives – Tim Thomas and Brian Rafalski – will be at the forefront of the U.S. 2010 Olympic Ice Hockey team in Vancouver. The U.S. roster was announced on January 1st. Notable participants include perennial favorite Chris Drury, New Jersey’s hot scorer Zach Parise, and Chicago superstar Patrick Kane. Ryan Miller, East Lansing native and future Hall of Fame goalie, will likely be playing backup along with Jonathan Quick to reigning Vezina Trophy winner Tim Thomas. Here is the full roster:
